Black was sentenced to a year of house arrest and five years of probation after striking a plea deal. He was also granted the opportunity to tour the globe when the judge withheld adjudication
Kodak Black will reportedly be a free man and be released from jail this week. According to reporter Brett Clarkson of the Sun Sentinel, a judge ruled Tuesday to free the rapper from jail after Black’s team plead no contest to his charges of armed robbery and false imprisonment.
Kodak who has been riding the success wave from behind bars since May have entered a plea deal to do community service, participate in anger management training, and do community control supervision. But if Kodak slips up and lands himself in any more trouble he will be facing 55 years in prison.
The judge decided to withhold the adjudication against Black as well to make it easier for the rapper to travel and tour.
Let’s just hope the Florida native can stay out of trouble and bring us some more good music.
