HOV is back!
In his one and only stop European stop, Jay Z took the stage at this year’s V Festival in England on Saturday (Aug. 19), performing at Staffordshire’s Weston Park. The Roc Nation head performed tracks off his critically-acclaimed 13th studio album 4:44for the first time, including “Kill Jay Z” and “The Story of O.J.”
And just before closing his set, Jay paid tribute to the late Chester Bennington of Linkin Park with a performance of their collaboration hit off the Collision Coursemash-up “Numb/Encore.”
This is just a warm-up to when Jay is set to hit the road for his 4:44 tour that kicks off in Anaheim, Calif on Oct 27th. But before he will headline Philadelphia’s Made in America and New York’s The Meadows before heading to Austin City Limits in October.
